PARAMARIBO. Arevenca business group will develop an ambitious housing project in the Republic of Surinam, by agreement with the Government of this country.

Arevenca President, Francisco Javier Gonzalez, who was present as special guest at the inauguration ceremony of President Desi Bouterse, on August 12, said the project is consistent with the policies of the new leader in the development of the urban infrastructure.

Arevenca interests is in investing in the South American country, Gonzalez added that at present, a technical team is in the city of Paramaribo, working in relation to the project to be released in the coming days. This will be located in the already assigned ground on which location the first group of quality social houses will be built for the Surinamese People.

The goal is to build an estimated forty thousand units, which will help to boost the economy of Suriname, by generating direct and indirect jobs, as well as modernize the architecture of the capital.
